Isabella takes her first steps...

Isabella is 10 months old - June 21, 2010

Each month, it is more and more challenging to get her picture, but it's fun at the same time. It is interesting to see how much more mobile she is as the months go by!

Not only that, but she has at least 6 teeth now. What a cute little smile!

It's a little sad that she is growing up so fast!

Happy Father's Day - June 20, 2010

With the help of her mommy, Bella made a Father's Day card for her Grandpa Poole. How sweet! I'm sure that card will be on our refrigerator until next Father's Day!

Happy Birthday, Ray and Jenny!

Both Ray and Jen celebrated their birthdays this week (on 6/14 and 6/15, respectively). Hard to believe, but Jen turned 25 this year, and, out of respect to Ray, I won't mention how old he is now. Let's just leave it as "older than 25". (At our age, it's simply a number and certainly beats the alternative!) On the 16th, we got our group together for a wonderful (as always) dinner at Pasta Fresca to celebrate both birthdays.
Oh, oh! There's Bella!

Snuggling with Grandpa.

Yummy pasta!  Sometimes it takes 2 hands to make sure that it doesn't get away.

Hi, y'all!

Hey!  Did you hear the one about the...

Whoa, that s'ghetti almost got away!

Ha ha, Stephie, I stole your straw!

Yikes!  Don't touch the cake...

A pretty Bella cake.

Fun time at Gymboree - June 12, 2010

Jenny signed Isabella up for the summer session of Gymboree about a month ago. She attends a couple of sessions a week. We've had a great time playing with her there on Saturdays. Today, we finally remembered to grab the camera so that we could snap some pictures.

Bella is 9 months old!

Actually, she turned 9 months on Friday, May 21st. (These pictures were taken on May 29th.) This last month has brought more changes - Bella has "sprouted" 2 bottom teeth and has 3 more that have come in on the top (in the front). She's gone from sitting up to crawling to pulling up to a standing position. She is gaining confidence in standing upright on her own and moving around holding on to furniture. It's fun and amazing to watch the transformation. I'm wondering just what 10 months will bring!  Only a couple more weeks to wait!

On the move...
